I just noticed that the last post I left, and therefore the one that people will read first if they happen to stumble over here, was in support of England during the World Cup. D:

Can't leave that there. We were rubbish and I am ashamed. Bad England team, bad!

At least the league's started again. Jeff Stelling is back on m'telly every Saturday and I can lose £1 each weekend having a bet on the football. Honestly, you'd think that for how much football I watch I'd be a bit better at picking teams to win...

In other news, nothing's changed. I'm still doodling, working, moaning about working and randomly seeing Japanese rockers in London. Gackt in July was just... Ngh. I'm actually seeing some English bands too - Muse at Wembley in September, Cast (<3) in December and hopefully I'll be able to go see Gorillaz as well. That'll be fun. Oh, and Wayne Murray (<3<3) seems to actually be doing stuff with Boy Cried Wolf so I may be able to get in a gig there too.

Um, that's it really. Other than to say that, if you're into slashing real-life people, you might like to check out my Muse comic. If that's not your thing, maybe you'd better not look...

...when you constantly read what everyone else in Internetland is getting up to but never bother posting yourself?

My life's boring, I know this, but it still makes me feel lurkerish. ^^

I've been spending an unholy amount of time over at my deviantART gallery recently, trying to build up a bit of a fanbase, I guess. I accidently started making dress-up games in Flash and ended up with a lot more views and watchers than I was expecting - which was nice. If you have a minute, perhaps you'd like to go and play too. :3

As well as dabbling in Flash, I've been working on my Muse doujinshi again. I'm making a proper go of this now. Since hitting 25 I just feel so old. It really was kind of like a slap in the face. A 'OH SHIT, I'M OLD AND I'VE DONE NOTHING!' moment, really. So, my doujinshi is the first step, I suppose. Once I'm done with this - as a practice - I'll start working on my original comic projects. And hopefully get an artbook and table at an expo by the end of the year.

Oh, I'm not moaning, by the way. If it seems like I'm being a little emo, I'm not really. I'm actually quite happy with how things are going at the moment. There's still a few things that I'd like to improve upon but the last couple of weeks at least have been lovely. I'm just sharing. =3
